Inbound & Outbound Specialist Pty Ltd(iOS TOURS) was started as an Australian inbound tour operator company on the Gold Coast in 2014. In 2015, as the business grew, we relocated our office to Sydney.

In 2017, we expanded our business to include outbound tours to Japan in response to our customers’ requests. iOS TOURS also trades as ID Travel Service Australia for our Australian inbound tour operations.

We aim to develop strong business relationships with travel agents and travel companies in Japan and Australia, and to continually improve our customer service.

With our strong network of suppliers, our experienced operations team have created many kinds of tours to meet our customers’ needs.

We focus on SIT(Special Interest Tours) and Incentive tours in Australia and Japan. In our SIT, we arrange and coordinate technical visits to many types of organisations, including to hospitals, schools, colleges and universities, companies, non-profit organisations and government bodies. In particular, we have received highly positive reviews of our SIT hospital technical visits from our customers. Also, we organise experiential tours such as farm experiences, volunteering, and anything else at the customers' request. In our incentive tours, we arrange activities, sightseeing tours, and dinner parties with attractions.

iOS TOURS managing director Hidenori Okuda previously worked as the Japan section manager in a well established inbound tour operator company in Australia. He handled the Sydney 2000 Olympic Game tours, a large number of incentive tours and SIT group tours. Okuda contributed to growth of that business and their delivery of excellent service to their customers over the years. Then in 2015 he became the managing director of IOS tours and the manager of ID Travel Service Australia.

Our sales team, tour operation team, and customer service team have a broad range of knowledge and experience, as many of them have worked in other areas prior to coming to the travel industry.
